It was a wonderful trip from start to finish and I would use Africa With Us on any future group outing.

We had a great time, good food and outstanding accommodations. I appreciated the personal attention and I appreciated the tours. I found the tour’s to be informative and worthwhile. We got to experience what really makes Ghana an exceptional nation.

Visiting Mama Africa for the first time felt like a homecoming. So much felt familiar. We clapped when we landed in Nairobi, Kenya. We drank medicinal daily tea made of fresh ginger, lemon, and honey (dawa gives you power!). The fresh fruit and well-seasoned food was spectacular, even if Kenya did not have hot sauce. It was not mango season, but pineapples were some of the sweetest I’ve ever had, and the watermelon everywhere had seeds. The weather in Zanzibar was my favorite! I’ve been visualizing those azure waters for years. And I danced! The rhythms in Kenya and Tanzania were reminiscent of Jamaica and Cuba. Of course there were many new experiences, from the safari, community service in the slum, visiting the Maasai, cooking with the Swahili dadas (sisters) to exploring both Nairobi and Dar Es Salaam. I’m grateful to Africa With Us for the guidance and company through those experiences. Traveling with Cass and her team of local travel staff made the trip a fun, safe travel adventure! Of all the memories, the kindness of my African people has made an indelible mark and I look forward to returning soon, and hopefully again with Africa With Us!

This was an AMAZING trip and 75th Birthday Celebration for me and my friends. I could not have asked for more. Mama Kuks and Cass, (Mother and Daughter owners of Africa With US (AWU)) are the BEST when it comes to guiding your travel anywhere in the African Diaspora. I have been traveling with them since 2019 and they do not disappoint. The hotels selected and the staff were warm and friendly. I was well treated and received special treatment on my Birthday! They don't owe me anything!!! We visited three Islands in the Seychelles and each was different and a treat. We arrived at Mahe' and were welcomed with wonderful drinks and gifts from AWU. We celebrated my Birthday on a Boat with food, drinks and great weather. We also took a Cooking Class and Chef taught us how to prepare portions of our lunch of Fish, and Aubergine Fritters, (aka eggplant). Yes, we ate what we helped cook, it was delicious and we learned a lot, so much fun!! We took the Ferry to La Dique which is the 3rd largest Island and spent a few restful days taking in the beach, shopping, and did I mention my friends treated me to an amazing relaxing MASSAGE, oh my! While in La Dique, we took a 30 minute Ferry to Praslin with is the 2nd largest Island of the Seychelles where we took awesome pictures, visited Island COCO Enterprises where we learned all about the Coconut, we visited a Museum, where one in the group fed the Bats, yes Bats, some of us were not that brave. Seychelles is a must for your Bucket List!! I am also impressed with AWU and how they include a day of Community Service with all of their trips. We go out, meet our people, learn from them and are able to assist with and visit many of the children who are now orphans and in need of love and care. The total trip was again AMAZING, and I recommend Africa With Us, for all your travel needs.

I had the most awesome time!!!! Everything was just perfect. The food was amazing, the scenery was absolutely "God -given perfect", the activities were great and informative. The weather; a nice and constant breeze, pleasant and enticing temperatures. The experience was just unforgettable and the "Africa With Us' team is fantastic. They are professional , very helpful, courteous and very attentive. "Africa With Us" made it happen! Our personal tour guides, Kukuwa and Cass, are simply beautiful spirited souls. I had the most incredible trip, never will I forget this experience! I definitely will be traveling with them again!!
